Pearl Hotel - Frankfurt am Main

The only smal comlaint I have is that on teh second day my bath towels were taken but not changed.

Position of hotel in city, proper size, competitive price, proper rooms (not to luxury),............

I loved everything about this hotel, from the location, the friendly staff, the lovely room, the bar and breakfast area and the design.

Excellent and friendly staff. Nice spacious double room with good size bathroom with rain shower. Smart bar and breakfast area.

Location is in a dead area of the city at night despite being just 12 minutes walk from the station. I assumed it was safe. The hotel is on a very busy road so traffic noise is a major problem for rooms at the front of the hotel. I was on the 6th floor and was still woken by traffic at night. Although room was clean, I arrived to find a dirty cloth and a half full bottle of Coca Cola in my bathroom. The cloth reappeared the second day but was left on the carpet. Lack of attention to detail with housekeeping seems to be common in hotels these days.

Very comfortable,well priced luxury, convenient to railway station and city;friendly and helpful staff; would recommend to family and friends.

Room was so smaall you could not open wardrobe fully as it hit the main door into the room tea in room but charged per tea bag listed , however i was not asked ot pay for the one I used when I checked out

The Staff were very friendly and flexible especially Carla at reception

Really nice hotel! Clean and comfortable. The location is close by the city center, easily walkable to most attractions. Breakfast was included in the reasonable priced room and very good. Parking was not a problem, 1/2 block away for free on the weekends. Wifi worked well and was also free. I would definatley stay here again.

The bed was a little hard.

Good location for a visit to the Messe exhibition halls in Frankfurt, easy 10 minute walk from central railway station and 15 to 20 minutes walk to the exhibition halls main entrance. Clean and simple hotel good internet and brewing facilities in the room.

Area is a bit dowdy, not the best part of Frankfurt.

It is in a reasonable area, clean well equipped rooms, helpful staff, as advertised.

The Location, Some of the Staff were friendly

The whole feel of the place. Breakfast was awful, the design and decor were a let down, I expected much more for the price. There were holes in the bedroom where a socket should have been. My wife was charged a cup of tea that she thought was being offered to her because the room was not ready on arrival. V. disappointed with this hotel, will not stay there again.

It has nice service, facilities.

Friendly reception, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room - well refurbished hotel. Location away from the nasty bits around the HBF. Would recommend for a Frankfurt stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is stylish and modern. The breakfast was good. I loved the rainshower!

However the hotel is quite safe I was missing the safety box from the room.
